In its first year, the RADIATE Women’s Leadership Program pairs growing female leaders in the utility industry with Women Who SPARK Award winners who lead curriculum and serve as mentors, offering learning opportunities designed to help RADIATE participants elevate their leadership, expand their influence, and prepare for roles of greater responsibility. Participants engage in monthly virtual sessions, an interactive workshop before the ENERGIZE Retreat, a utility site visit, a Capstone project, and a charitable giving project—designed to build confidence, expand their networks, and unlock their full leadership potential.

The 2025 RADIATE cohort is now underway, with participants and mentors from the U.S. and Canada. Graduates will be honored at U2030's SPARK Annual Meeting in Seattle on September 16–17, 2025. At the end of April, U2030 will begin accepting nominations for the 2025-2026 cohort.
